What does the video show?
Dr. Julia Manner explains the integration on a turbine model fitted with MANNER telemetry components. The measurement data runs via the MANNER evaluation unit into DewesoftX, where it is displayed and analyzed live.
How does MANNER data get into DewesoftX?
- Sensors on rotating components measure quantities such as temperature, strain, pressure, torque, vibration and speed.
- The MANNER evaluation unit receives the telemetry data and makes it available to DewesoftX via LAN.
- The MANNER Plugin for DewesoftX automatically imports the MANNER configuration, and all channels are available in DewesoftX.
- Time synchronization via PTP v2 (IEEE 1588) or Dewesoft Clock for accurate, time-synchronized data acquisition.
