Valve Temperature

Manner Sensortelemetrie GmbH supports partners worldwide in the online measurement of single or multi-channel motor valve temperatures under operating conditions. We are in constant contact with the corresponding competence teams, especially for large scale motors as employed in the shipping industry. Our systems operate with robust thermocouple elements which effortlessly withstand the high acceleration levels and are simple to mount.

The sensor telemetry amplifiers from Manner are integrated into the valve plate where they process the data from the desired temperature measurement points. A stator antenna can be mounted at a generous distance where it captures the measured values using non-contact technology and transmits them to a stationary evaluation unit. It is of no consequence whether the valves rotate during operation. The 16 bit digital coding guarantees high data integrity. Characteristic for this product is that no continual signal contact between the two antennas is required.
